A huge welcome to all prospective Year 12 students hoping to join our Post 16 Consortium in September 2026.

On this site you will find information to support induction including the master timetable, transport timetable and the Student Consortium Handbook.  

As part of the transition to Sixth Form you will be expected to complete a series of bridging work tasks over the summer.  This is work to help prepare you for your studies in September and you will hand in the work when you attend your first timetabled lesson.  Relevant tasks and supporting materials for the bridging work can be found on the Bridging Project section of this page. 

Moving between Consortium Schools

If you have lessons at different sites, then buses are provided for journeys between: 

• Hitchin Girls' and The Priory

• Hitchin Boys' and The Priory

The Consortium Transport Timetable sets out the times of the buses running between schools.  Journeys between Hitchin Boys' and Hitchin Girls' will be on foot.

Request to Change Options

If you would like to change your options please use the request to change options form on the right. This form will be opened at noon on 24 June and closed at noon on 03 July 2026. 

Any option requests following this point will be through the destinations and  enrolment forms which will be opened on results day on 20 August 2026.
