History as a subject is highly valued by both universities and employers, due to the knowledge and transferable skills it develops, ranging from analysis and comprehension to research and presentation skills.
In addition to enhancing your knowledge of periods of British, European and world history, this course will broaden your awareness of aspects such as politics, religion, culture and society, and provide an understanding of how and why changes have occurred over time, and how all of this impacts on the world today.
