The pomodoro techinque is a strategy for helping with time management. First you must identify the task you need to work on. Second you must set a timer for 25 minutes and work on the task until the timer runs out. Next you take a 5 minute break, and repeat for 4 cycles. After the 4 cycles take a 15-30 minute break.
