Stress is a feeling of anxiety or panic for something coming up, or something happening that you cant control, this feeling often fades after a while, and that's the difference between stress and anxiety.
Some coping mechanisms that we've used in the past are:
Using a stress ball when you feel stressed so that you can relive stress helps. Also eating healthy and exercising helps you feel better. Also you can use fidgets as something for your hands to do. Talking about it to someone also helps too.
Some signs and symptoms of stress in teens are:
-Irregular eating
-Not as social
-Less motivation
-Panicked or fearful feeling most of the time
-Fatigued/tired feeling most of the time
