Stress happens when your body is responding to different life changing things. Stress is also known as the fight-or-flight response.
Stress is caused by many different things one of these things being too much school work. Stress could also be from difficult life situations such as moving to a new town or city, or dealing with any family issues.

When you're stressed your body releases an instant burst of stress hormones, which makes you more alert and your eyes get wider and your heartbeat and breathing speed up.
When stressed you can feel shaky, sweating, might want to pace around, and you could feel restless, edgy, or anxious.
When stressed you can feel butterflies in your stomach and your breathing might be a bit shallow.
When you're stressed if it's too much you could start to feel panicked and/or pain.
Treatments of Stress
To try and reduce stress you should be trying to get enough sleep, exercise, and making sure that you are eating healthy and taking deep breathes to help calm you down.
If your stress is too much for you to handle you should talk to a Doctor or a trusted adult.
If it's too much take a break and try to relax yourself.
When your stressed you should try to decrease the negative thoughts that you might have and replace them with some more positive thoughts.
If you're struggling with stress don't worry you're not the only one, a lot of people get stressed for many different reasons. If its to much for you too handle then talk to a trusted adult or a doctor about it so they can help you with all of this stress.
