Deep Cleaning Step 3: The tube drying process eliminates any remaining sanitizer solution in the Dispenser by drawing it through the tubes into the container.

Remove all sauce boxes from the sauce cabinet. 

Dispose of any leftover sanitizer solution and then dry all parts completely.

After all parts have been dried, fit all the sauce boxes back into the  Dispenser.

Place a suitably sized container on top of the platform to collect any excess sanitizer solution within the Dispenser.

Start the drying procedure by pressing the [Start Pumping] button on the display. 

The Dispenser draws excess solution from the sauce tubes into the container on the platform.

During flushing, always check the container is not overfilled.

Once the timer reaches 00:00, the sauce drying process is finished. Press the [Finish] button to continue.

Lastly, remove and empty the container.
