To ensure seamless sauce dispensing, regularly check the sauce tube and filter. 

Remove them from the sauce box and clean them with warm, soapy water. 

Refit both parts back into the sauce box before placing it back into the dispenser. Perform this step immediately if the dispenser fails to dispense sauce.

The Dispenser offers three intuitive cleaning modes: Nozzle Cleaning, Tube and Sauce Box Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning. 

Each cleaning mode has been created for a specific purpose.

Scan the QR code on the display and follow the instructions online whilst cleaning.

Clean the sauce tubes and nozzles daily to prevent blockages. 

Select ‘Nozzle Cleaning’ from the cleaning menu and follow the on-screen instructions.

For optimal results when changing sauce types, clean the sauce tube, filter, and sauce box to prevent mixing and clear any blockages. 

Simply select 'Tube and Sauce Box Cleaning' from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions.

The Deep Cleaning function contains 4 individual cleaning steps. 

We recommend performing a Deep Clean once a week to ensure optimal Dispenser performance. 

If the Dispenser has been inactive for over a week, deep cleaning should be done before using it again. 

Likewise, if the Dispenser will not be used for more than a week, it's advisable to run the deep cleaning steps once before shutting it down.
