2023 INDOOR TRACK TEAM - ROSTER (girls/boys)

Indoor Track Zoom Meeting (just for athletes) - Tuesday, Nov. 29th - Time: 7:00pm - Zoom Link

FLEX PRACTICE SCHEDULE

1st Practice - Tuesday, Dec. 6th (3:15-5:00pm) - practice location and schedule with days and times (TBA), dress with warm clothing for possible outdoor practices 

REQUIREMENTS:

Sign-up Form (complete by December 1st) - click on link and submit 

FamilyID (click on link):  Athletes who did not play a fall sport need to create an account and upload their physical into their account. For those who played a fall sport please log back into your accounts and complete the re-certification form.

Indoor Expectations Participation Agreement - print expectations agreement, sign and drop off to room G26 at the middle school or bring to the 1st day of practice

December 1st - Online Sign-up Form (athletes) and Remind sign-up (Coach Stover)

December 6th - Re-certification/Physicals are due by 12:00pm (FamilyID)

First day of practice - Indoor Expectations Participation Agreement is due
