To engage students in producing a multimedia blog that will strengthen their ability to reflect, assimilate and convey their learning experiences. The written evaluation and reflection of this assignment provide an opportunity for instructors to have students critique their own performance and their roles as members of a team. Efficiency and efficacy will improve as students are asked to consider what did not work and reflect upon changes which would enhance the experience and the outcomes.
