Welcome to the HHS FACS Distance Learning page. It is important at this time that we follow CDC guidelines by continuing regular hand-washing/ social distancing. But that doesn't mean we have to stop living and learning!

We are better together.
I will be utilizing Google Meet inside Classroom during times of distance learning. Each week I will create a unique Meet link for each class, which is displayed on the Classroom Stream and Classwork pages. The link acts as a dedicated meeting space for each class, making it easy for both myself, students and parents to join.
Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Student Email will be used for communication for FACS classes. As we transition to working from home; Employability Traits will be earned as follows to replace the current 4 points a day rubric:
4 Points- Weekly Student Check-In Google Form assessing current mind, body, and Soul status. Check-in form here: https://bit.ly/2CJp2Rn
4 Points- Weekly classroom discussion topic via Flipgrid. Respond to topic and reply to 3 students.
4 Points- Weekly Google Meet. Join the google meet link posted on google classroom.

Select the activity grid to the right which corresponds with the course which you are currently enrolled. Click on the links within the grid to go to the assignments. You can open each document and copy the assignment onto your own Google document. I will NOT give you editing access. Don't forget attach completed tasks to assignment in google classroom and to log your productivity each day!
