7th Grade Volleyball - October 14
Last night your 7th grade girls volleyball teams took on the Watauga Warriors. Both teams made a statement by winning in two sets. B Team players of the game were Emma Vargas, Chloe Woods and Olivia Leota. Outstanding players for the A Team were Paityn Green, Riley Hunyh and Halle Scroggins. Also wanted to give a huge shout out to our managers, Olivia Fitzek, Ella Torres and Vivian Wood. Thank you for all that you girls do!

7th Grade Football - October 14
The Harwood Blackhawks showed incredible heart, battling back from a 0–14 deficit to secure a thrilling 28–22 victory over Watauga!
Harwood shifted the momentum with a fumble-return touchdown on the final play of the first half before battling back and forth in a nail-biting second half. With just under two minutes remaining and down by two, Quinton C. marched into the end zone for the game-winning touchdown! David S. then came up with an incredible tackle for loss and helped force a fumble to seal the victory!
Players of the Game: August B., David S., and Quinton C.! Congratulations to the entire team for never giving up and fighting until the final whistle!
9th Grade Football - October 8
Trojan Football Keeps Rolling! Last Thursday night, our 9th Grade Trinity Trojans took on MacArthur!
The B Team battled hard but came up short, falling 26–0.
The A Team came out strong and dominated with a 48–7 victory! Brandon Danna broke loose for an impressive 50-yard touchdown run and delivered some big hits on defense. Tristan Grove also made his presence known with multiple pass breakups and big defensive stops!
With the win, the A Team Trojans improve to 6–0 on the season!
We are proud of our Trojans and the hard work they continue to put in each week! Keep rolling, Trojans
Our Blackhawks are doing BIG things with the Trinity Band!
Did you know that 35 Harwood students are part of the Trinity High School Marching Band? We love seeing our Blackhawks already making their mark as Trojans!
This past Saturday, the Trinity Band competed at the US Bands Midlothian Competition and had an incredible night, bringing home 1st Place Overall, Best Percussion, Best Visual, and Best Overall Effect! We are so proud of our 35 Harwood students who are balancing junior high classes with the hard work, long rehearsals, and dedication that come with being part of a high school marching band.
Way to represent Harwood and Trinity! We can't wait to see what you accomplish next!
