Game-changing AI coming out of Kami helps to take your source, use AI to generate questions, then self-grades!! Kami needs to quit flirting with me!
Watch this video for an overview of how to create and grade!
Pull up your document in Kami. Then click on Question in the tools menu. ➡️
It will bring up the panel of choices for generation. Pick the one that is right for you. ⬇️
Customize grade level, page range for it to analyze. ➡️
Create it in English, but then you can open a copy of your document and do it again for your EB students! ➡️
Choose open ended or multiple choice questions. You can click +Add More and pick the other question type to have a varied quiz.⬇️
Choose how many of that question type that you would like. ➡️
Click generate questions and let Kami do its magic! ➡️
Once generated they'll appear with correct answers selected in green. Short answer questions will have a list of terms it is looking for in the responses.⬇️
Click on questions to edit and customize them how you want. ➡️
This is what the end result will look like for students. ⬇️
This is what the graded version will look like for Teacher in the Kami Class View.

Print cards (template here)
copy the desired number of bugs onto cardstock
Cut the cards apart
Prepare a worksheet or assignment
Split students into teams of 2-4
Give every student a worksheet
Give every team the same number of bugs (There are 6 types)
Pick one of the types of bugs to the the "Bad Bug" but don't tell the students
Instruct students to complete the problems/questions as a team.
For each problem/question they complete correctly, they get to get rid of a bug by giving it to another team
At the end of the game, reveal the bad bug.
The team with the fewest bad bugs wins!
