The Sora app allows students to gain access to books for FREE!
This app is great for students who are taking live courses and need to read books for their courses without having to purchase. Note: Don’t assume the book is on here. Do make sure to check first.
Great starting point for students who want to read using a tablet.

Setting up your student's Heartland email account to gain access to these free online subscriptions. Simply go to the gmail login page and log in with the following credentials:
Use name: localID@heartlandcharterschool.com
(You will find your student's local ID next to their name in Procurify.)
Password: Welcome2024!
If your student does not have access, please confirm you have their correct local ID from Procurify, confirm correct password. If this does not work, then submit a ticket to the tech team. (helpdesk@heartlandcharterschool.com)

Just log into your Star360 link, use the same login information, and look for the AR icon!
Username: Students will use their Local ID with @heartlndcharts
(ex: ID#@heartlndcharts)

24/7 Tutoring in most content areas and several world languages. Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA can all be tutored in Spanish 24/7 as well. Essay drop off service for feedback. All communication is offered through chat, a whiteboard, and microphone.
