STAR 360 is a diagnostic assessment that gives insight into what your students’ strengths and areas of need are. It takes about 0.5 to 1 hour to complete in the comfort of your own home. There are three assessments:
EARLY LITERACY: Grades TK - K only take this assessment
STAR READING & STAR MATH: Grades 1st-12th will take both assessments.
For 1st-12th grades the Math and Reading assessments may be taken on separate days to give students a break in between assessments.
Your child will be required to complete the assessment(s) within the first two weeks of enrollment and then again at the end of the school year.
Instructions and login information for the test will be emailed to you by your HST.
