The ordering guidelines can be below. Please read them very carefully before placing an order. ALL orders are non-refundable.
A product is something tangible you receive (i.e. curriculum, books, field trip, tickets, museum tickets, online subscription memberships).
A service is a class your child attends (i.e. tutoring, gymnastics, dance) - things that you attend in person. They may be ordered 1 month at a time. Click here to see the service order deadlines.
Non-consumable items are all items that other students can use (i.e. legos, games,
teacher’s editions, math manipulatives, books)
All non-consumable items will need to be returned to Heartland whenever your student withdraws from Heartland
Consumable items are all items that are consumed by the student (i.e. paints, build subscriptions such as kiwi co, notebooks, journals, planners, pencils, markers, workbooks, vendor services, etc).
All consumable items not used by the date of withdrawal will also need to be returned.
