Each Heartland student is allowed to check out 10 items at a time for 90 days at a time.
If you are getting close to the due date and would like to keep it longer, you may renew each item for another 90 days. Email Library@heartlandcharterschool.com to request a renewal
* Specific items are allowed to be checked out for a full year (no renewal).
Those items are: Instruments, Office Supplies, Sewing Machines, Microscopes, Pottery Wheels, telescopes.
Once you have "reserved" the items you want the Bakersfield office will pull the items for you and contact you when the items are ready to be picked up:

HOW DO I SET UP MY STUDENT'S LIBRARY ACCOUNT:
Note: If you have multiple students, each student will have their own account and you will need to repeat the following steps for each one.
1) Go to the New Library Website HERE also titled https://heartlandcharterschool.mlasolutions.com/
2) Select "Sign In"
3) Login: Type in your student ID #
(that 5 digit number can be found attached to your students name on procurify or you can reach out to your HST)
Do Not Enter Password the FIRST TIME
4) Once logged in, click on "My Account"
5) Click "Change Login/ Password" - There you can create a password for your student
Your Students LOCAL ID will be the username moving forward so make sure you have that info saved somewhere.
All families and HST's are welcome to drop off their curriculum returns to our office during normal office hours Monday - Friday 8:30am-12:30pm. All returns are required to have completed the return survey and have received their digital return form and printed it out before coming to the office. The reconciliation team only goes off of what is filled out on the form when they are updating your student inventory list. If your list is not itemized your student may not have these items taken off their inventory so please be detailed.
