Reading Assessment: PM Benchmark is used to measure to FLUENCY and COMPREHENSION of a student. Numbers 1-30 are used. Grade 3 Levels are from 23 (beginning of Grade 3) to 27 (end of Grade 3). Students read a text out loud, as the teacher checks each word for accuracy and expression. Then the teacher will ask 5 comprehension questions to see if your child understnands the text.
