* Watering Plants in Native Garden - Fall 2015 - Fall 2017

Many of our students took part in watering our native garden . Our students helped to water our plants to have them become healthy and strong . They loved tending to them.

Our Bridges Green Team students (avg. 15 students in gr. 3-5) have enjoyed planting in our native garden in the Fall and Spring with the Master Gardeners.

* Mulching - Oct. 2017

Our Bridges Students ( 10 students in gr. 3-5) learned to mulch with the master gardeners by using buckets of mulch and shovels to spread mulch in the native garden.

*Planting in Planter Boxes - Fall 2016

Our Bridges Green Team planted pansies in the planter boxes by the learning center. They weeded out the old plants to put in the new pansies.

*Removing Invasive Plants - May 2, 2017 - Oct. 2017

Our Bridges Green Team Students (10 students in gr. 3-5) removed invasive plants from the native garden before planting with the master gardeners.

* Students Monitoring Bird House - Sept. 2017

Some students in 4th grade (4 students) were monitoring the bird house and have noticed that the birdhouse since installing it in 2013 is in disrepair.
