- provide assistance for the first few weeks of teaching.
- arrange for you to observe their lessons or visit different teachers’ classes.
- observe your teaching and provide non-threatening feedback.
- discuss professional and personal development
- help clarify your doubts
- support you socially and emotionally
- induct you into HCI’s proud traditions and values
To help kick-start the relationship between mentors and mentees, each mentee is entitled to a $30 feast with their mentor(s). (Conditions apply)
