Grades given for each term will be reflected in the report for the following term so that FTs only need to make changes for those who have markedly changed. Similarly, Term 3 grades will be representative of the students’ final conduct grade for the year.
* Chinese Language/ Lit Chinese teachers will key in the remarks in Chinese. Subject teachers / Form Teachers may either choose from the options provided or create their own set of remarks.

7. Fieldtrips and Outings (HS)
Overseas Fieldtrips:
A proper proposal and budget for each overseas fieldtrip must be drawn up. The Excursion Overseas Form (P06 - in Network Resource Directory) is to be used. Information about procedures is printed on the form. The completed form and any other relevant information (e.g. proposed itinerary) must be submitted to the Deans for approval.
Local Fieldtrips and Outings
Permission must be obtained from the relevant resource person or advisors. Parental consent must be sought.
Overnight Stay within School Compound
Applications (in duplicate) can only be made by a teacher-in-charge. The teacher-in-charge shall be responsible for the care and welfare of the campers for the duration of the overnight stay. Parental consent must be sought. Completed application form (P05 - Resource Directory) should be submitted to PC/SD (Mr Sung KK) for approval. Application must be made at least one week in advance.
The following types of funds are available to students participating in overseas competition, cultural exchanges or attending overseas conferences. Updated details are available in the O-drive, first folder on “Funding Admin”.

In the event of an emergency evacuation, the continuous ringing of the alarm bell will sound. All staff and students must stop whatever they are doing, leave their belongings behind, move speedily, quietly and in an orderly manner.
All staff and students should take the nearest available staircase to get to ground level. They are then to use the emergency evacuation routes to go to the assembly area (Terraces for HS; Field for College).
The subject teacher who is in the class at the time when the alarm is raised will accompany the students to the assembly area. Form teachers/ Class mentors/ Civics tutors will then proceed to take the attendance of their classes.
Should there be no teacher in the class; the class chairman will be responsible for bringing the class to the assembly area. He will take the attendance of the class if his form teacher i/c is absent. He is then to report to his level SC/ Coordinator.
Form teachers/ Class mentors/ Civics tutors are to report to the Level i/cs about their class attendance.

Form teachers/ Class mentors/ Civics tutors are entrusted with the task of briefing their classes on the evacuation procedure and putting up the evacuation route map on the class noticeboards. They are to inform their classes that the emergency evacuation exercise should be treated seriously. There should not be any talking, pushing or running.
