Hi everyone. I hope you enjoyed your Holiday break.
Did you know that this week the winter Olympics begin? They are being held in Beijing, China and the opening ceremony will be held this Friday evening. Maybe ask mum or dad if you could watch it with them and see which countries are there. Australia is sending 43 athletes to compete in 5 different sports or 10 different events. Over the next few weeks, we're going to have a look at some of the sports at the Olympics and discuss some of them. I hope you enjoy following the Olympics as much as I will and maybe one day we will see you competing in an Olympic event.
Have fun keeping fit and healthy with me,

Muesli, yoghurt and chopped up banana with chia seeds on top, delicious!
Here's a plate of healthy snacks I've cut up for recess. Cutting it up like this makes it easier to eat and who doesn't love a fun and yummy snack like this :)
