Sprigeo - Report Safely and Confidentially
HBCSD offers Sprigeo, our confidential online reporting system for bullying and school safety concerns. Students, families, and community members can securely and privately report incidents, reinforcing our commitment to a safer, more supportive learning environment.
Visit our Sprigeo web page to learn more, or use this form to make a report. Together, we can ensure a safe and thriving school community.
Friendship Club
We're excited to announce that the Friendship Club is back again at our Hermosa Schools! Friendship Club is offered in partnership with The Friendship Foundation and is about fostering inclusion and connection for students with special needs in our Hermosa Schools. The goal is to bring together students with special needs and their neurotypical peers for a fun-filled lunchtime hangout with activities that everyone can enjoy while making friends and building community. Students interested in joining the Friendship Club will need to complete and return an HVS Friendship Club Permission Slip. At Friendship Club, everyone is welcome!
Parents/Guardians
Our schools support the social-emotional development of students through our school-based counseling program. Our program is designed to provide opportunities for students to participate in individual and small group counseling experiences that provide support and skill-building for coping with family stressors, academic struggles, and personal issues.
If you're a parent or guardian who would like to refer your child to meet with a school counselor, please complete the HVS Counseling Referral Form. For more information, questions, or concerns, please email your child's school counselor.
For parents/guardians of students who receive community-based mental health services and would like their child's school counselor to consult with their outside provider, please complete the HBCSD Authorization to Disclose or Receive Information* and email it to your child's school counselor.
