My name is Dr. Jessica Ghobrial, and I am delighted and honored to be serving as your new Hermosa View Principal and Hermosa Beach Preschool Director. As a former preschool through 1st grade special education teacher, my passion for early childhood education runs deep. I believe that providing a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment in these early years are critical to a bright and successful future.

As a SoCal native, I grew up attending schools in the South Bay and have proudly served in beach city school districts as an educator for the past 17 years. I truly love our beach communities! I earned my bachelor's degree from UCLA with minors in Education and Applied Developmental Psychology, and I had the privilege of learning at the UCLA Lab School. I later earned my master's in Early Childhood Special Education, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and completed my doctorate in Educational Leadership at USC. Most recently, I served as a Program Specialist in the Redondo Beach Unified School District for the past four years.

I am thrilled to begin this next chapter in Hermosa Beach and look forward to partnering with you to support your amazing children!

We are so excited to welcome both our returning families and those joining us for the first time this August. As we begin this new school year together, we look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and joyful moments.
