Our inquiry based learning model centres around children’s emergent interests and curiosities. Children are encouraged to be actively involved in developing their understandings through hands on experiences, researching, processing and communicating their understandings in various ways. Teachers and educators help guide the inquiry however it is the children that drive the inquiry with equal emphasis on process and content. From this, the children learn from each other, together with others, and from those outside of the kinder context creating strong opportunities for the development of genuine curiosity, wonderment and depth in thought and questioning.
