tutoring and academic support
professional and interpersonal development workshops and experiences
community-based aloha ‘āina and culturally-grounded workshops
graduate school exploration and application guidance
academic advising and mentorship
targeted support in obtaining post-graduation employment
tuition assistance
research and/or conference travel assistance
over the span of a single academic year (August to July), upper-division undergraduate participants are expected to:
attend four or more Kawehena ho‘oliuliu series, career, and grad school workshops
participate in one or more TEACH-related* UH opportunities
utilize tutoring and grad school prep resources
engage in two or more aloha ‘āina experiences
meet regularly with an academic advisor and a Kawehena alaka‘i
