Remote learning is academic learning. The expectations for behavior and dress are the same as they are in school (no hoods & sit up). You will be redirected (privately) if your dress is inappropriate for school. If it continues to be an issue, you will be directed to Mr. Gage.

*This is difficult for many of us to navigate alone. So, let's look at it as another learning opportunity! Ask for help, ask others what strategies they are using, research some scheduling or time-management techniques on your own and share. Use this time to gain self-discipline and self-reliance!

If we see that you are not following this schedule on a daily basis we will be contacting home to speak to your parent/guardian.

- Use the Google Meet pinned to each Google Classroom
- Mute Microphone when entering a Google Meet
- You will not be able to enter a meet until the teacher has arrived and your teacher will be the last to leave the meet
- You will be expected to have your camera on during class time or you will be marked absent for the class. Your teacher will instruct you on whether they want you muted or not.Create a quiet workspace (free from distractions) in your home for remote learning. Remember, what is behind you is going to be on the camera. A blank wall is best. [Blurred Background is now available]
- Use chat appropriately and only post relevant questions or comments. Until hand raising is available, enter “?” in chat if you have a question.
- Phones should be away during remote learning. They will distract you and slow your progress. Play Pokemon later.
- Remember, Google Meets and Internet usage (the websites you visit) are monitored. Be on task! Be appropriate! Be respectful!
