I created little shoes in Tinkercad to make tricks easier and add a cool touch to my designs. These shoes help improve stability and balance, making it simpler to perform various tricks. Plus, they look great, giving my projects a unique flair. I love combining functionality with style in my creations!
During this process, I discovered that Tinkercad allows you to solve a variety of problems by designing your own tools. It’s amazing how creating custom solutions can enhance functionality and improve the overall design. This experience has shown me the power of creativity in addressing challenges and the versatility of 3D modeling. I’m excited to keep exploring and innovating with my designs!
My project aligns with the Global Collaborator standard, as I plan to share my designs on a website to showcase them to a wider audience. By doing this, I can connect with others around the world, receive feedback, and inspire collaboration. This not only highlights the importance of sharing knowledge but also fosters a sense of community among creators. I’m excited to engage with a global audience and see how my project resonates with others!
A challenge I overcame in this project was learning to create my own decorations using the pen tool. I experimented with different styles and drawing speeds, which helped me refine my technique. Through practice and exploration, I gained confidence in my ability to design unique elements. This experience not only improved my skills but also made my project more personalized and creative!
If I had the chance to redo my shoe design, I would make some changes. I realized that there are many different ways to create a unique design, and I didn't explore those options before. Next time, I’ll be more creative and think outside the box! This experience taught me the importance of experimenting with ideas.
The Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers a variety of pathways, including Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project specifically relates to the Computer Programming CTE program. I'm excited to explore how programming skills can be applied in real-world scenarios and enhance my learning experience.
My project connects to careers in 3D design because I'm creating art through my 3D designs. This allows me to explore how artists use technology to bring their ideas to life. I'm excited to learn more about the skills needed in this field and how I can apply them to my own artistic expression.
