For this project im working by myself, the only materials I need are my chromebook, I plan to create a roller coaster in vr, my projects unique qualities are creating things in a vr world and working at home without the big computer and, a mouse.
This is an image of my project after the first day I managed to complete it, it was a smaller easier project but i didn't have lots of options.
This is a video of the cospace, it shows everything in the space and the code used to make it.
using cospaces, I created a vr roller coaster because I wanted to play with cospaces physics.
During this process, I learned how to use physics to make things move instead of transform.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because I decided I wanted to learn to use the physics and I did.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the right objects. I was able to do it by using the upload tab in cospaces.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the tracks. The reason why I would change it is because I created a smaller kinda boring track.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Bethesda because they have games with those weird bumping into stuff physics.
