In this project I'm working with Brennen. All I need is a computer and a Cospace account. We didn't really have a plan we just kind of made the world and started working. The unique quality's this project has is working with another person to accomplish "something" and working with cospaces code.
This is a part of the project that I just did to see what I could do with a orca to make something interesting. when doing this I learned more about learning to use movement codes and animations to make a character do an action.
This is A video of me going through all the weird stuff we made in the cospace world. Most of the Pokémon related stuff and the dinosaur world thing is Brenan's but I made basically everything else (Although he messed with my rocket ship).
Using cospaces , I created A vr world because I ran out of ideas.
During this process, I learned how to mess with cospaces physics, use animations, and work with preset animations .
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because I made myself learn new codes with cospaces.
A challenge I overcame on this project was working with Brennan. I was able to do it by just going with whatever Pokémon he stuck in the project.
Given a chance to do this again, I would spend more time on working up a plan. The reason why I would do that is because me and Brennan didn't really have a plan and it affected how long this project was..
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in oculus Vive and other vr platforms as we managed to create a world on a 3d platform.
