7P7 - Circuit Playground Express

Reflection

• Using Adafruit Circuit Playground Express

•  I created a dice and luckily wheel because we figured they would be the easier. Sounds the most fun.We both agreed that it would be the most informational for us.

• During this process, I learned how to code brightness and sounds. How to download the code to the Circuit Playground Express. how to make the light go around the circle a little slower and longer.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor, because we learned how to change the color of the light. We watched the tutorial. We also looked at the instructions

• A challenge I overcame on this project was Trying to download the code I was able to do it by we have to unplugging the circuit playground. By then re-downloading it and it will show up.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the lucky wheel to the magic wand. The reason why I would change it is because it seemed cooler. But we started the wheel and it was too late.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Digital media photographers .you can also work at Led display using raspberry pi4 and adafruit. Finally you can work at Arduino Display Library
