7P4 -Augmented Reality

Using CoSpaces, I created a battle because I knew the plot of what I was making so it would be easier to create. It also seemed really fun to create. Plus it was entertaining. I also want to make one go my way and demonstrate that girls can be strong to.

During this process, I learned how to use a Merge cube. How to create a story. How to be a problem solver.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I used a online website to create a scene on my Merge cube . I created my own website. I came up with my own characters and plot.

A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to attach the characters to the cube so when I rotated it would move with the cube. I was able to do it by watching a YouTube tutorial. Plus asking other people

Given a chance to do this again, I would change my setting to be a pool party. The reason why I would change it is because I feel it would be more fun to create. It would have more detail.  People can also relate to a pool party better then a battle. 

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in  game designer. It also relates to careers like web developer, film editor and animation specialist.
