7P5-3D design

Using Tinkercad, I created a book mark holder because I have a lot of book marks and I lose them often. I then changed it to an earring holder.

During this process, I learned how to make a 3D design. I learned by just putting things together and figuring it out. 

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I made plans to fix my problems.

A challenge I overcame on this project was it turned out to be smaller than expected. I was able to do it by changing what I'd use it for. I'm going to use it for holding earrings or earring backs instead.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change is the size. The reason why I would change it is because It's smaller than I'd thought it'd be. It was supposed to be bigger, but I can work with it.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. I believe this because I designed it and it was somewhat similar to engineering.

My project connects to careers in Digital designer. This connects to careers in digital design because they make visual concepts often using 3D design. Thats my 3-D design connects to Digital Designers.
