What unique qualities will your project have?

using coding to make the robot move

• Using Sphero Edu, I created a moving robot because I wanted to challenge myself and make it so it was more difficult in this project.

• During this process, I learned a little bit on how to code.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innorvation Designer because I used a Ipad and made the sphero bolt move.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was how to do the right dagree/ angle to make the robot move. I was able to do it by keep testing it to make surre it went right.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change is the way I make it move. The reason why I would change it is because to make it longer for the video.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in testing robots because it will show if the robot is able to sent out or if it needs to be fixed and needs more work on it.
