Day 1: We filled out the planning questions and 10 good ideas, and logged into our Dash and named it "THE ROCK"
Day 2: Our robots name got changed and now we can't change it, but we codded Dash to throw the tire across the blue line!
Day 3: We coded Bolt to move countdown from 3 and then party (change colors)!
Day 4: We codded the Sphero Mini to do a square, circle, and Rectangle.
Day 5: We started to make our code for IRobot to make a 3 letter word. But, we ran out of time
Day 6: We picked up on our code for IRobot to make a 3 letter word, ill.
Day 7: We worked on the code for our extra project using Dash (again) to dance in a square, change the colors of his lights and say ta da at the end.
Day 8: We finised Danicing Dash's code, tested it, and made the video.
Day 9: We update our website by adding photos and videos and added them to our drive so people can see them.
Day 10: I finished my reflection and turned in the project to google classroom.

Using my I-Pad, Dash, IRobot, Bolt, Sphero Mini, and coding apps, I created a code and video for the Robots because I had to be creative well still learning so I created a unique code for each and every robot. During this process, I learned how hard it is to get robots to do what you want them to do because if you get their code wrong just a tinsy bit its all going downhill from there. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I planned out how I was going to program the robots before I stareted programing them. A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the robot to cooperate with me. I was able to do it by testing different solutions and finding the outcome.Given a chance to do this again, I would change the shapes I did for the Shpero Mini. The reason why I would change it is because if I did this again I would try to something a little more challanging. Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in game developing.
