day1: created my website
day 2: started my first video and finished it
day 3: started my second video of Legos
day 4: finished the clip of my Legos and started adding other things.
day 5: did my video.
day 6: did my video
day 7: did my video
day 8: finished my video and added them all together in iMovie.
day 9: wrote my reflection.
Using, iMotion , I created a stop motion video with clay, cars, paper, and many other things. The stop-motion video was 3 minutes long and 700+ pictures. I probably wouldn't of thought about doing this on my own if it didn't get brought up in this class.
During this process, I learned how to make a stop-motion video. Also I learned to hurry and move my hand and anything out of the fame fast. And how many pictures I need for a 3 minute video.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because I set goals every day and kept doing them everyday until I met the final goal.
A challenge I overcame on this project was get my hand out of the frame in time. I was able to do it by pausing the stop-motion video. Or setting the timer for a longer amount of time.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my video. The reason why I would change it is because they were kind of sloppy and everywhere. I would also like to change what I did.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Animation Instructor.
