7P4 Augmented Reality

Using Cospaces, a monitor, IPad, and a microphone I created augmented reality about kidnapping Kayden's baby because I thought it would be a fun topic to make. I also would've made a fire breathing dragon but I figured that would be difficult to make a story about it. This was a hard project to make for me but it was fun.

During this process, I learned that augmented reality is difficult to make. I also learned that technology is not always on your side. What I mean by this is some times technology is confusing. I learned a lot from this project. 

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to an innovative designer because I was able to create and plan a project of my own. This is one really important standard because you need to be creative and make something you think of.

A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to use Cospaces. I was able to do it by watching YouTube videos. Another challenge was learning how to put stuff on the cubes. I figured this out by asking someone for help.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change nothing. The reason why I would change nothing is because i really liked my project because it connects to Kayden Brown project . Another thing I would change is nothing.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming or construction trades CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Software application developer. I think I would not be interested in this job.
