7 P3- Commercial

Using An iPad and iMovie, I created A commercial advertising our cardboard creation with an aspect of comedy because my partner and I decided that if our commercial had an aspect of comedy to it that it would be more enjoyable.

During this process, I learned that video editing for commercials takes time and a lot of effort.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because we had to figure out how to use the editing software.

A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to edit videos. I was able to do it by looking at tutorials.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the background. The reason why I would change it is because it didn't fit the best with what we were doing.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Marketing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in car adverisements.
