7p6- Virtual Reality

Using CoSpaces, I created a pirate fight because I like pirates. Also because I like the water. This is one of my favorite projects yet.

During this process, I learned how to use the VR goggles. I also learned how to us the iPod with the VR goggles. I also learned how to use the iPod with the iPad

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global collaborator because I shared with the whole world my project . It also ties to Innovated Designer because I made my own VR. This is why I'm a Global collaborator and innovative Designer.

A challenge I overcame on this project was using the small iPad to work with my project. I was able to do it by working slowly. Another challenge I overcame was learning how to screen record on the iPad.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how much time i spent on the project. The reason why I would change it is because if I worked on it more I could've made it look cooler. I also think I would've been able to add more, or create different VR worlds.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Mechanical engineer.
