What materials will you need for your project?
I will need cardboard, paint, tin foil, wooden sticks, scissors, and glue.
What is your plan to create in this project?
My plan is to create a pool table.

My project will be hand made and its a mini version of pool.

Mr. Renner was not here today so we could not paint. Instead we made pool sticks.

We could not paint today, so I made the triangle for the balls.

We added numbers to the balls and colored the sticks.
Reflection
Using cardboard, glue, paint, foil, and other materials, I created an arcade game because I enjoy arcade games. It is a mini version of pool. I enjoy playing pool with my family, so me and my teammates decided to make a mini pool table.
During this process, I learned how to work with the materials I have. Also I learned to work with teammates. Lastly, I learned how to make an arcade game.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because I learned how to work with what I have. Also, because I learned its okay to make mistakes and learn from them.
A challenge I overcame on this project was being okay with other ideas and to work with people. I was able to do it by listening to other ideas. And making a good project with good ideas.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change using a bigger box . The reason why I would change it is because the box is a little small. And its hard to shoot the balls in the holes.

My project connects to the construction trades CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers engineering construction.
