7P9- Stop Motion Video

I used Playdoh, an iPad, and a tripod. Using these items I created a stop motion video about Playdoh food. We made 2 pizza's and a taco.  We made these because we both like playing with playdoh. 

During this process, I learned that if you are watching your video, and then hit display and go to camera. Where ever you stopped watching your video that's were all the pictures you take go. Which then makes it so our video looks very choppy and there are just random parts of the video and then its about something totally different. For example the person ate the taco and then after she eats it it shows us making the taco. 

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer.  This is because we came up with the idea that was our original idea.  

A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to get the pictures to align day to day. I was able to do it by watching the prevue and really paying attention to were I was day to day.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the format of my video. The reason why I would change it is because it looks messy. This is because we didn't know that when you just go into it when it shows the video, it is all out of order.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in film, TV, media, and software publishing industries.
