• Using a micro bit , I created a name badge. I also made an activity picker and a flashing heart. Other things I made were a magic 8ball and a dice because I thought it would be a fun expierience. 

• During this process, I learned how to control and code a micro bit.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because we used other peoples projects and changed them to how we liked them.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was doing the codes for the micro bit.  I was able to do it by watching videos of the codes.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change and do more projects. The reason why I would change it is because I feel like I could of done more.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in cyber security because _because you can code and protect your business.________________.
