My 8p7 project

Day 1

I started to work on the camera and set everything up. I had to make a account for theta360 and started to peice everything together.

Day 2

I started to find out the sq in the whole school and it is 178,000 sq or other words 4.09 acres which is shown in the picture above

Day 3

I started class by counting the amount of rooms are in the 8th grade hall. Also got a rough estimate of the cost of the school.

On day 4 I made a short film of the listing and used the pictures I took of it

The Hastings Middle school is 178,000 sq. or other words 4.09 acres. It contains 2 gyms in the 8th grade hallway there is 15 classrooms and 1 library. There is 5 bathrooms in the the grade hallway.

The cost for Hastings Middle school $62,300,000 which is priced at that due to each sq. ft. being $350. To try and sell this property I will try to learn about the clients and see if we having anything in common. This property is huge and your getting a deal of the life time.

Using cameras I created a listing because I want to be a relator.
During this process, I learned how to stand the cameras and design a website.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I have to be creative for how I'm making this listing and how I handle it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was transferring over all the pictures. I was able to do it by Making a short film.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change The resource's I use. The reason why I would change it is because I would be able to use the full 360 camera.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Real-estate because I am listing a school for sale.

No one else has done it in my class yet.

For this project I made a listing of the Hastings Middle school, since when I'm older I would like to do real estate. Due to my curiosity of the subject.
