Design thinking encourages people to look at alternatives, creating options that have not existed before. Design thinking focuses on the user. It is good because it study's more than just peoples efficiency in there work environment but also context and culture of the stakeholders involved. Design thinking always keeps the end user in mind. There are 5 steps of design thinking, 1st there is the empathize stage which means to under stand the problem. The 2nd stage is the define stage which means to analyze, interpret, and plan. 3rd there is the Ideate stage which means to imagine, research, and ponder. The 4th stage of design thinking is prototype which means to apply creativity to create. The 5th and final stage of design thinking is test so you review and revise your creation. Design thinking can apply in a few jobs such as product design, service and experiment design, business design, leadership, organizational change. In all 5 of those jobs design thinking can help.
