Using, My iPad, a greenscreen room, and iMovie I created a sports news podcast about my local high school and middle school football teams because we wanted shine light on the football games and show that they deserve to be talked about.

During this process, I learned how to add a backround onto the greenscreen.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I used accurate and fact checked information.

A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to put a backround on the greenscreen. I was able to do it by looking for a video that showed me that I had to go into backrounds and pick one first.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the backround I used. The reason why I would change it is because I feel like I had a lot of options and I could've used a lot of other ones.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in Videographer because I captured a video and edited it.
