day 1 find a group. day 2 messed with robot. day 3 we messed with the programing. day 4 we started on the projects. day 5 we did the first robot. day 6 worked on the second robot. day 7 we worked on the second robot some more. day 8 we finished the second robot. day 9 we got all of the robots done.
Are you working by yourself or in a team? I am working with a team.
What materials will you need for your project? I will need 3 robots and an iPad.
What is your plan to create in this project? My plan to make is 3 robots that can do different things like jump, throw stuff, and spell the word VAN.
What unique qualities will your project have? are project will spell the word van are ball jumps and will flash light and are catapult will go far.
Using iRobot. I created a robot that could spell the word van. I created the word van with a iRobot. I created that because I thought it would be cool and easy to make the word van with an iRobot but it was still really hard.
During this process, I learned how to program an iRobot to spell the word van. I also learned how to make the robot use the marker and move to a different spot. finally I learned how to code it correctly so it made the word without separate codes.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative designer because I used my head to make up a word that I could make. My project also ties to Knowledge constructor because I could use a search engine to find information.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out a 3 or 4 letter word that would be easy enough to make so we did van. I was able to do it by asking my partners what we should do. Another challenge I overcame was figuring out how to code my robot to make that word.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the word I made. The reason why I would change it is because I would want to see how hard it is to make a different word. I would also change how many letters the word has in it.

Using iRobot. I created a ball that jumps and flashes light. I created a Edu robot that counts down from 3-1 and jumps and flashes lights. I created that because I thought it would be cool to have a ball that jumps. During this process, I learned how to make the Edu ball jump. Another thing I learned was how to code my Edu robot to jump and show lights. Finally I learned How to make the ball show lights.

My project ties to Knowledge constructor because I could use a search engine to find information. My project also ties to Computational Thinker because I used technology tools to present the solutions to a problem that I solved.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to make my robot jump. I was able to do it by looking up on google how to make the robot jump. Another challenge I over came was making my robot count down.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the colors I put in the robot. The reason why I would change it is because the colors I did was not my favorite. I would of also changed how long it took to count down.

Using wonder robot and an iPad . I created a launcher that used Legos that I could drive then launch something like a small Lego. I created that because I thought it would be cool to make a launcher out of Legos that could launch something.
During this process, I learned how to make a launcher out of Legos that would launch something. I also learned how to drive the wonder robot. Finally I learned how to make the it launch far.

A challenge I overcame on this project was making a launcher out of Legos . I was able to do it by using my head and imagination to make a launcher. Another challenge I overcame was making the ball go far using the launcher. Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I made the launcher. The reason why I would change it is because the ball didn't go really far using the launcher we made. I would also change how short the launcher was, and how off balance it was so it would shoot farther.
