• Using cardboard and tape, I created Thor's hammer  because I love Thor and all his movies.

• During this process, I learned how to over come problems in  on my project.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because I made a hammer and I am sharing it with the world.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was the handle was unstable. I was able to do it by adding hot glue and tape.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the design of it because there is to much tape. The reason why I would change it is because it would not look as good with a lot of tape.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in building stuff.
