Planning Questions

Are you working by yourself or in a team?

I am working in a group with Anna, Janessa, Gaige and me.

What materials will you need for your project?

I will need my cardboard project and my Ipad.

What is your plan to create in this project?

My plan is to create a commercial about the cardboard fridge I made.

What unique qualities will your project have?

My unique qualities are that we are going to make a unique commercial that are going to make people want to buy it and add music.

Daily log

Day 1-We thought what we were gonna write on the script then we worked on writing the script.

Day 2-We worked on the rest of the script.

Day 3-We finished the script and worked on videoing the commercial.

Day 4-We retook our commercial and worked on editing the commercial.

Day 5-Worked on editing the commercial and turning it in.

Reflection

Using My Ipad and my cardboard creation, I created a commercial about my fridge because we decided we should create a super mini fridge commercial because we wanted to have a informational video about the fridge we made.
During this process, I learned making a commercial may seem easy but it is harder then it seems.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructor because we used to Imovie to create and edit our commercial and we learned a lot of new things about making a commercial and the different types of commercial you could make .
A challenge I overcame on this project was remembering what to say and when to say it. I was able to do it by repeating what I was going to say in my head.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the product name and the way we edited it. The reason why I would change it is because I would want it to be different new and have music added.

My project connects to the marketing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in marketing and advertising.
