What is your plan to create in this project?
My plan is to design and create different codes on my MicroBit like magic 8-ball, Rock Paper Scissors and my name.
What unique qualities will your project have?
My project will have unique qualities like doing new projects that I havent seen a lot of people have done.
Daily Log
Day 1-I worked on making my name for my MicroBit project and making it connect to the MicroBit.
Day 2-I worked on coding my name and making a dice on the MicroBit.
Day 3-I worked on videoing my name and making a sunshine beam.
Day 4-I worked on videoing my sunshine beam.
Day 5-I worked on videoing my cardboard creation.
Day 6- I worked on making 8-ball and rock papers scissors and videoing my 8-ball.
Day 7-Today I worked on making rock paper scissors and videoing it.
Reflection
Using MicroBit that Mr.Renner has provided me with I created my name Rock paper scissors and a magic 8-ball because it seemed like a really cool project and I have not seen a lot of people do these things and it did not seem as easy as others so I decided to challenge myself.
During this process, I learned that programming MicroBits are not as easy as I thought they would be but once you get the hang of it it becomes a lot easier and you can make a lot of cool projects.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. . My project ties to Knowledge constructor because I learned a lot of new things like what codes to do for some of them and being creative with what code I decided to do when coding the MicroBit and learning new codes.
A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to code and put the codes together and connecting it to the MicroBit. I was able to do it by trying really hard and remembering what to do and asking for help if I needed it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the number of projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because I didn't do as many as I wanted to in the time I had.
