I did planning qustions and a list of 10 good ideas.
I was playing around will tinker cad and exploring to see what would work for my project.
I added a bottom stand and changed the color.
I didn't have anything else to add so I just looked over everything.
I was looking over it and then a realize that it was small so I got a ruler out and decided how big I wanted to make it so I made it that big.
I worked on my reflection.

Using TinkerCad and a 3D printer, I created a cord holder because I have so many cords in my room and they keep getting lost. For example, I got back from vacation
and I couldn't find my charger but I kept looking and then finally I found it smooshed under my bed. Another reason that I made this was that it will be small so I can travel with it.
During this process, I learned how to go into settings and make it inches. Another thing that I learned during this project was I can change the snap grid. The last thing I learned was how to make a hole in an object.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor. My project connects to this because I didn't know how to do somethings, but I looked up how.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not being able to change it to inches. I was able to do it by asking for help and they for easily able to show me. If I didn't ask dor help the print would have been in millimeters.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the top where it holds the cords. The reason why I would change it is because it is to thick to hold one cord. But I would still make it a little bit big so it can hold more than one cord.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in 3D CAD modeling. The pay for this is 63 thousand per year.
