I will be working in a group of three.
What materials will you need for your project?
For this project, I will need an iPad, robots, and coding apps.
What is your plan to create in this project?
My plan is to meet all the expectations and have all of the robots work.
What unique qualities will your project have?
My project will have a good results and be creative.
I looked over other people's projects to get an idea of what we are doing and did planning questions and did a list of 10 good ideas.
We made the sphere mini make a square
We made a rectangle and triangle
We made the dash lauch a tire.
We made the party bomb jump.
We Made one letter with the iRobot
We made the second letter with the iRobot
We made the last letter of the word for the iRobot.
It was a half day so we just found out what robot we were going to use.
We made 2 robots race.
This is the sphere mini making a sqaure.
This is the sphere mini making a rectangle.

This is the real project where we made 2 sphere mini robots race.
reflection
Using an iPad and robots, I created something with each one. Bolt, I made flash LED, jump, and roll around. Dash, I made catapult a lego tire across the carpet. Mini, I made run around in shapes like a square rectangle and triangle. For the final part of the project I made a Mini race another Mini, because For the first 3 I needed to do this to get a good grade on the project. For the last part of the project I did because I wanted to see the results or what would happen if two of the Minis raced.
During this process, I learned how to code robots and do different tasks with them such as making the iRobot make a three-letter word. Also I learned how to make the Dash say stuff. Something else I learned was how to make a Bolt jump and flash LED. The final thing I learned was how to Gamil google drive stuff to people in my project so that they could put it on their website.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructer because I went into the project knwoing nothing about how to code these robots. Also, I was not that good at coding before this project, and know I'm much better at coding now.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not being able to get a letter for the three-letter word for the iRobot. I was able to do it by Asking a friend for help and they gave us some tips and after using them we were able to make the word correctly. Then because he helped us I recorded a video for his project and then I airdropped it to him.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change Dash and put in more efffort to make it try to throw the tire farther. The reason why I would change it is hat I think that it would be for fun and interesting. Another reason I would change it is because we could make the tire maybe try to hit something like a bullseye
